Mono Air Conditioner

To turn on the air conditioner, use the control keypad located on the kitchen wall, before the bathroom. Use the START button to turn it on and off, adjust the temperature with the appropriate buttons (up arrow, down arrow). To adjust the fan power, press the FAN button. (If not visible, open the door of the wall remote control) Do not touch other buttons, thank you.
For air conditioning make sure the snowflake symbol is set.
For heating, select the sun symbol instead.

Dual conditioner

On the lower floor, to turn on the air conditioner, stand in front of the split and turn it on with the remote control (START button), adjust the temperature with the appropriate buttons (up arrow, down arrow). To adjust the fan power, press the FAN button. (If not visible, open the door of the wall remote control). To operate the air conditioner on the upper floor, use the control keypad located on the wall of the double bedroom, behind the door. Use the START key to turn it on and off, adjust the temperature with the appropriate keys (up arrow, down arrow).
To adjust the fan power, press the FAN button. (If not visible, open the door of the wall remote control). Don't touch any other keys, thanks.
For air conditioning, make sure the snowflake symbol is set in both the manual remote control and the wall remote control.
For heating, select the sun symbol instead. Set the 2 air conditioners with the same temperature or with a few degrees of difference.

Safe

The combination must be set with the safe open and with the bolts retracted: press the ON button, set a combination (min. 6, max 10 digits), the code LED lights up, within a few seconds press the ENTER button, type again to confirm your personal code previously set, within a few seconds press the ENTER (E) button, you will hear a short melody, your personal code has been set correctly.
To OPEN the safe: press the ON button, enter your personal code, press the ENTER button.
To CLOSE the safe: close the door, press the ON button, press the ENTER button.

Safe

The combination must be set with the safe open and the bolts retracted: press the R key, set a combination (min. 4 max 10 digits), press the * key, 3 beeps will be heard.

To OPEN the safe: press the R key, enter the combination.

To CLOSE the safe: close the door, press the R button, press the * button.

Induction Hobs

Press the ON/OFF button, then the KEY button to unlock the plates, select the plate you want to turn on, increase or lower the temperature with the + and - buttons (from 1 to 9).
To turn off use the ON/OFF button. The letter H will appear flashing to indicate that the straightener is still hot, it switches off automatically when the straightener cools down. if you want to set the key lock for child safety, hold down the key button. Only use the pots and pans provided, which are suitable for induction.

Wi Fi

To connect to the Wi-Fi network, search for the number of your apartment or the one next door (the system automatically suggests the closest available network) and type the password: 11 22 33 44
If you don't see any apartment numbers you can connect to the net "Michelangelo Guest", password is the same.

Restaurant Orders

Order your favorite dishes at the Papanero restaurant near the resort and collect them at the scheduled time. You can check  the progress of your order from the dedicated APP!

Electric vehicle charging

The charging stations for electric vehicles are located in front of the reception, in Viale Michelangelo.
To use them you must have already downloaded the Recharge Around application from the RePower company on your mobile phone and have a relevant account.
Downloading the application and registering is quick and easy.
However, other applications are also compatible, such as (but not limited to):

- Neogy Mobility - Neogy Srl;
- MyNextMove - Sorgenia S.p.A.;
- Enel X Way - ENEL S.p.A.;

The Michelangelo's charging stations are not reserved exclusively for guests.
If the interface circle is green, the charging station can be booked; if it is blue, the column is busy; if it is red, the column is unusable at the moment.

Laundry Service

Our laundry room is located next to the restaurant entrance (internal side) behind the bar gazebo, it is available to all guests every day from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm.
Washing machines work with 3 coins "1 Euro", dryers, with € 0,50 coins.
The wash cycle lasts approximately 40 minutes, detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically by the washing machine, do not add more detergent. It is forbidden to leave the washing machine full at the end of the wash. If the washing machine is full and other guests need to use it, the staff is authorized to empty the laundry into a basin, to allow other guests to use the washing machine.
The drying cycle lasts 13 minutes and the cost is € 0.50 cents.

Resort Rules

The present regulation of the receptive structure Michelangelo Holiday & Family Resort***, has a contractual nature and therefore implies the total acceptance of the present regulation by the Guests of the structure.
 

• Each Guest is responsible for the respect of the regulation, also from the part of the own familiar guests and/or companions and for the acts/facts carried out from these last ones. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the Management involves the removal from the structure and the non-return of the deposit, in addition to possible compensation in case of damage.
• At check-in is required to pay a deposit of € 200,00 in cash or credit card
• Guests must comply with all specific indications given in the signs placed in the area of property and / or relevance of the Resort
• Guests are required to wear the bracelet given to them at check-in.
• Parents are responsible for the actions of their minor children inside the Resort and are required to supervise them and make sure they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards other guests.
• From 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. there is a silence time: it is forbidden any noise that may disturb the rest of the Guests of the Resort.
• The allocation of the apartment and the beach umbrella at the beach is at the discretion of the Management
• It is not allowed to enter areas reserved for staff of the Resort
• It is not allowed to enter the structure with motorized vehicles
• Pets are allowed ONLY in the suites reserved for them and are not allowed inside the resort (bar and pool area)
• It is compulsory to respect the opening and closing times of the swimming pool
• Resort staff is required to enforce the rules to all guests
• The Management reserves the right to modify these rules at any time
• It is forbidden to affix signs, banners or other, in all areas of the Resort
• It is forbidden to eat in the area adjacent to the bar, pool and play area
• Parking only in the assigned parking space
• Check-out must be done within 9.00 am, it is the responsibility of the guests to leave the Suite in a decent way

REFRIGERATOR AND DISHWASHER

On the wall above the kitchen worktop there are 2 switches that supply power to the dishwasher and the refrigerator, please leave them on position I.
The refrigerator temperature must be set to 2.5/3 degrees.

Spina Sport Club Sports Centre

Less than 100 meters from the Resort, the brand new Spina Sport Club sports center was born, offering:
6 clay tennis courts suitable for both beginners and professionals,
3 illuminated and heated indoor padel courts to play from dawn to dusk,
1 five-a-side football pitch on synthetic grass for a friendly challenge.
You can also book individual tennis and padel lessons to perfect your playing style.

After your sports activity, relax at the bar that also offers a small restaurant or watch football matches in the Club house equipped with Sky TV.
